Candle Care Instructions

Before every burn trim your wick to 1/4 inch — this is the most important step for a clean, even flame and maximum burn life from your 13.75 oz vessel. Keep the wax pool clear of any debris or wick trimmings between uses. Always place on a heat-resistant, sturdy surface large enough to catch any drips or melted wax. Burn in a well-ventilated room and never for longer than four hours at a time — allow the candle to cool for at least two hours before relighting. On your very first burn allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the glass — this sets the wax memory and ensures an even, tunnel-free burn for the life of the candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep well away from curtains, paper, and anything flammable. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times. Do not burn all the way down — stop use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains to protect the glass vessel and your surface. Always use a candle snuffer to extinguish — the safest method and the one that keeps your wax smooth and ready for the next burn.
